Issues with uploading New Item on my FME Hub Publisher Account

I am trying to  upload New Item (.fmx) on my FME Hub Publisher Account, but it is showing error of upload failed.

Updating this thread in case anyone comes across the same issue:
Custom transformers need to be exported as such, instead of simply being saved as an .fmx. 
Select the object(s) that you want to include in your custom transformer, then right-click and select "Create Custom Transformer...", then export it by navigating to File > "Export as Custom Transformer...". Make sure you fill in both the Category and Description fields, since these are fields required by the FME Hub.
