is it possible to  Exporting OLE Civil 3D Objects From Drawings to excel 

Assuming the input can be read by the AutoCAD reader then yes, it should be possible
 

Keeping in mind that Excel doesn’t have any CAD or visualisation capabilities so you would be limited to only displaying the tabular data (or derived data in a tabular format)
