Is it possible to create (writers etc) a Data Pump Script (DPS) file for store in Oracle in FME Form ?

No experience, but I think you can. You’ll need to create the script and then run this using a SystemCaller.

Of course you can, provided you know the syntax and everything.
My question would be: Why would you want to do this? Why not use FME directly?
