Could really use this function extensively, but almost all our data is Date variable - eg Groundwater and chemistry. Is there any news about fixing this bug? Eg FME 2018.

Will the ChartGenerator be fixed to allow Correct display of DATES on the X Axis?

Hi @pilgrimjake. There is an enhancement request for the ChartGenerator to support dates. I will add your interest to it, and let you know when any feedback from Development is received.
At the moment, the ChartGenerator only accepts 'numeric' values. So to get the correct chart you have to use DateFormatter to convert to epoch seconds (%s), however then the value of the chart axis label is hard to decipher.
