Creating a road casement layer??

Hi all,  I would like to use FME to create a road casement layer.(MI Tabs) I have a parcel layer and boundary layer.I would like to create a layer where parcel layer doesn't cover the boundary layer.Like a cookie cutter.Can anyone help??

    Hi,

     

     

    I think the Clipper transformer is suitable to do that.
