Read csv in SchemaMapper via published parameter

Forum|alt.badge.img

I want to read the csv file for my SchemaMapper via a published parameter. This however does not seems to be an option. I can not select a parameter and when I try to type $(published_parameter), I get in parameters the notification "No dataset found in $(published_parameter)". How can I solve this issue?

PS: using FME 2016.1 build 16492

The wizard won't let you do that but once you've set up the whole SchemaMapper you can go into the Navigator and create a user parameter of the source file parameter. Just find it in the list, right-click and choose "Create user parameter"

FYI:

Linking Published / Private parameters in the Navigator pane is a useful workaround.

It is often applicable for Transformers in older versions of FME.
