We created a DWG File in AutoCAD, where each Feature contains an attribute "MergeID" (which is a UUID). When I read this DWG file in Data Inspector or FME Desktop, the MergeID changes.
In this case the UUID in the DWG was 86393bed-2734-4aba-889a-bec844d23c16, but in FME it is ec5398b7-7228-48fd-b1e5-acfe8e444974. When I reopen the dwg, it still is 863.... .
I have no idea what is causing this problem, because some MergeIDs are correct, but others not.
Does someone know how to fix this?
