FME is not working at all

Hey guys, I did not use FME for 2 days. (Nothing has been changed) I cannot open anything about FME right now. I tried to open FME licensing assistant, inspector, even help. Then I tried to repair it by using the setup file. It is not responding.

In Task Manager, I checked the CPU usage for FME, it is always "0". I did reboot my computer twice, still same. What should I do?

 

(Both win64 and 32 are not working)

Contact support@safe.com or use the online system (if timezone permits)

If you buy through a reseller maybe talk to them and step through the issue

It may be a licensing issue if it is actually not starting but you can see something in Task Manager.

You could also consider reinstalling FME.

I would recommend this too, I seem to recall a customer having a similar issue a while ago and a reinstall sorted it out. If the issue persists then absolutely take the steps @darkspatiallord recommends.

The problem was because of server connection. I solved it guys thanks.
