If the output schema is the same, just select the reader feature types and right click > duplicate on Writer. That'll create duplicates, but join them up automatically (and then it's simple to delete the original ones using Tools > Remove Unattached).

 

Otherwise - as mentioned - use the Auto Connect option in the Feature Type Connections window.
