Aerial Oblique Imagery to Google Earth Photo Overlay

Hellow,

 

 

I have a aerial oblique imagery in .ECW fomat. I am trying to convert them as a Google earth PhotoOverly.

 

by adding lat,long,altitude,rotation,azimuth,H-FOV,V-FOV values to each image. is there any way to extact image info from ecw?
