Hi, I tried to load data to existing dataset in BigQuery, but it always failed (said that my user account doesn't have bigquery.jobs.create permission, which actually I have the owner access).

Could someone help me on this?

Can you try manually loading some data in BigQuery and see if you get the same error?

That pages lists all of the permissions that you will need, so it would be worth verifying that your user account does definitely have them.
