This sounds great. Graphic modeler inside QGIS does some of the work, but FME is by far covering more formats, systems and opportunities.
It's going to be a revolution in QGIS to have a modeler plugin like that. Great idea.

As ArcGIS rises in price, QGIS continous to stay free as well as awesome updates and becomes an even stronger competitor to pricy alternatives.
