Are we able to change how FME Server saves email messages?

I'm receiving emails via imap on FME server, I've set up a location to save the messages through the publisher, my problem is, it's using the subject line to create the folder name.

These particular subject lines are extremely long and have some characters in them, such as : ° etc. So its creating the folders, but when i try to open the attachments, excel is limited to a 214 character file path, plus the unusual characters has been causing issues as well.

I've tried to use a filecopy writer to move the file to a new simpler folder, but it's failing on that i think due to the file path.

 

Is there a way to change how these attachments are being saved? I'd like to use something else other than subject line to create the folder.
