I am unable to connect to my organizations enterprise portal.

I have a web service connection that works for other members of my organization, but whenever I attempt to connect I get the error: "Type: 4, Number: 1, Message: Failed to get authorization query string."

I have tried everything that I, my boss, and my IT department can think of, but still no luck.

Any advice would be appreciated,

Cheers.

Hi @josiahmillar, when did this error pop up? Has it been a while since this workspace has been run? If so, you may need to generate a new token by going to Tools > FME Options > Web Connections > right-click the connection and select "Reauthenticate".

If you haven't tried yet, you can also recreate the connection and see if that works. This article: How to Create an ArcGIS Enterprise Portal Web Connection will walk you through the setup.

Hey @saraatsafe that worked thank you! I just needed to reauthenticate. It was a brand new connection that I hadn't managed to get working in the first place, so I didn't think to reauthenticate, but it worked. Thank you :)
