Mail body not used in sent email

From FME Script I’m using FMEFlowNotifier and sending one attribute value to a specific topic. 

Then I have a subscription that listens on that topic. So far so good. The problem is that when email is sent, the email body that I specifified on the server is not included in the mail. 

 

Anyone who can think of a reason for this?

Hi ​@anteboy65,

Something like this happening could have a variety of causes to it, and I believe your issue you are running into is complex enough to warrant a Support Ticket for us to delve deeper in to.

Would you be able to send in a Support Ticket? Please include some supplementary screenshots of the email body not attaching, and also the following files:

  • fmenotification.log file located in Resources > logs > service > current
  • fmeserver.log file located in Resources > logs > core > current
  • email.log and fmesubscribers.log files located in Resources > logs > core > current > subscribers
