How to identify the existing FME Server 2019.2 installation type or setup type
If it is Express or silent or Distributed type
And what are the common configuration needed to set up the existing FME server

You can check under Engines, there it should be listed which host they're running on. I think FME 2019 also had a Deployment Status page which gives a bit more information. I don't think it covers a non-default web server, resource folder or database though.
In an ideal situation, this should have been documented upon install (so hint hint!)
