The need to add *.gdb before storing each CAD layer in single feature class in it,

I wanted to convert each single layer of AutoCAD into a single feature class stored in one geodatabase. The gdb destination is added to the workbench but with no use as it appears in the screenshot below. Is there a way to delete it from the workbench while still be able to store the feature classes in it?

Thank you

Best

See the doc.

FME Workbench > Feature Types and Attributes > Managing Feature Types (http://docs.safe.com/fme/html/FME_Desktop_Documentation/FME_Desktop_Help.htm#../Subsystems/FME_Workbench/Content/Workbench/Managing_Feature_Type_Definitions.htm)

"Removing Feature Types

To remove selected feature types, choose Remove Feature Types from the Readers or Writers menu and check the applicable boxes.

You can also select the feature types in the canvas or the Navigator pane and press the Delete key."

Thank you Takashi for the help,

My issue here is the destination (file geodatabase) needs to appear with the workbench in order to “add feature type” in it?
