Is there a way to 'IGNORE_UCS' when reading in dgn files? I have heaps of dgns with different user set coordinates systems. The dwg reader has this option but I can't see a way to replicate this setting for dgns.

Just to clarify - the dgn are in UTM but each dgn file has a localized UCS set by the designer.

unfortunately that does not help. There may actually be something wrong with the CAD files. DGNs are the bane of my life!
