I would like to create an ECW file with a TAB-file from a geotiff. I have already set this in the Writer. However, no TAB file is exported. Did I forget to take a stride? Maja

Hello @majaettel , thank you for posting to the FME Community! This appears to be a known issue (FMEENGINE-70109). Unfortunatley, this hasn't quite been resolved. I've added a note linking this question to FMEENGINE-70109, and we will update this thread once resolved.
In the meantime, I tried to see if MapInfo would read an ECW without a TAB file, but it appears to be requried. As a temporary solution, I was able to manually create a TAB file using FME Workbench. I have tried to annotate the workspace as best I could, but if you have any questions, please feel free to ask! Please write the TAB file to the same directory as your ECW output. Hope this workaround will work for you. Best, Kailin.
