I am interested in using FME to process a folder of Medical DICOM images in 6 different angles and segment sizes into a point cloud or 3d mesh.
Anyone have any workspaces they can share to do this?

Check out the mine sampling Dicom workspace by @dmitribagh on the FME hub. It should do exactly what you need.
