Question

Expanding ranges and adding records to a DBF file

Hi I'am trying to create an expanded set of numbers and therefore new records, based on a range of numbers. EG attribute START has a value of 1 and attribute END has value of 5. The result I am looking for 5 separate records where START is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & END is 0
