Running FME Server Apps requiring authentication on FME Data Express

FME Data Express works great for accessing and running any workspaces in your repositories, but I'm having some issues running server apps on it. It works fine if the server app does not require authentication, but if it does, I get the following error:

Error

Failed to retrieve details for https://fme.host.ca/fmeserver/apps/"App name"

I have verified that my server account has permission to run this app and it works fine if I remove the required authentication. How can I set this up to work with authentication?

Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, it doesn't look like we have support for authenticated server apps yet on FME Data Express. This enhancement is being tracked internally as (FMEMOBILE-619), though there isn't a timeline on it just yet. I've posted an idea for you to Add Support for Authenticated Server Apps on FME Data Express if you'd like to add your vote to it and comment with your use case to inform our product team of your interest. We'll let you know there if there are any updates on the enhancement.
