I need a workspace that will convert DWG to SHP. I get DWG files all the time and my Mapping software imports shape files. So I need shp files rather than DWG all ineed is the lines in the DWG not so much any data. I need help. I've tried different things with bad results.
It would be very helpful if you could tell us exactly what you've tried and what the results were, including why they didn't work for you.
I have the workspace and the dwg file I could share them both. The workspace translation runs fine no errors but I get nothing at the end. No lines. When running data inspector after the translation I get nothing.
