Why can't the FeatureWriter with File Copy writer be included into Data Download?

Update: This issue has been resolved for FME 2022.0.

I ran into this issue as well. Would be nice to be able to select the FileCopy FeatureWriter, as you can select all other feature writers that aren't set as a filecopy. I'm on 2020.0.0.1
