How to Connect & Access into $(Database Connections) SDE files on Flow

What Parameter should we use to connect to .sde(s) file uploaded  to File & Connections-> Database Connections, on Flow?

$(FME_MF_DIR)part_etl_server.sde

Using above parameter we are able to connect the part_etl_server.sde which we attached into script publishing from Form but we need to connect into what we already have on server?

$(FME_MK_DIR) means the folder where the fme is stored, so when you publish to flow, click upload and select the SDE connection file to the same repository
