Hi @venu , I tried to write a transparent polygon with a KMLStyler (Fill Opacity: 0.00) and KML writer into a KML dataset, and successfully did that.

I'm using FME 2020.1.1 build 20608. What version of FME are you using?

Convert the polygon to polyline using the GeometryCoercer (fme_line) before writing it.

Of the polygon has donuts in it, you need the DonutHoleExtractor before the GeometryCoercer.

If you just want to change the display, but still want to be able to click on the polygons to retrieve information, I would use a KMLStyler and set the Fill Opacity to 0

I have tried this, but still I didn't get the output as like I want. I hope that is bug in the KMLStyler

The KML styler also works as expected for me in 2019.2.3.1 Build 19823

Set the fill colour (even though you won't see it). If I don't set this I get a white fill
