Cannot find transformer rivercreator. Does it exist?

Hi. I saw a workspace which has something called RiverCreator (not just a Creator). But then, the parameters are empty and help button is also empty... How does one create river lines with it?

It appears that you may have seen a custom transformer that someone created, it is not an official transformer. There are a number of transformers that users create for a repeated task, some of them are shared on FME Hub, I have not seen the one you have mentioned.
