Good morning,

I am trying to do a spatial join between two polygon files.  One is the property boundaries and the second is conservation easements.  The goal is to combine the parcel id from the property boundaries to the conservation easement polygon, where a new polygon will be created for each intersection.  I am trying to recreate a model I built in ArcGIS Pro.  Screen shots below.

 

 

You could try the Clipper, sounds like you may want the property boundaries to be the clipper input and the conservation easements to be the clippee input.
