Trying to tile a Microstation DGN file into tiles. Used Raster tiler on an ECW and that worked fine. It appears that Tiler doesn't work the same on vector files. Why is that?

The RasterTiler starts 0,0 in the lower left corner, and the Tiler in the upper left corner, but otherwise they are mostly the same.
What problem are you having?

Then use the Tiler for both the raster and vector data. Don't use the RasterTiler at all.
