I usually use a combination of Offsetter, Rotator and LocalCoordinateSystemSetter to georeference BIM data when there is a point in the model with a known latitude and longitude. I am attaching a simple workspace with just these transformer so you can cut and paste into your own workspace. They also include the User Parameters needed to set the point location, units and model rotation from true north.
