Question

How to cut polygons by using angle intersecting lines

It seems to be very complicated to cut polygons based on the angle between intersecting lines.

Is there a workaround in fme to automate this process?

Enclosed a gdb with sample data. In the gdb source data (BGT) and desired result (new_polygons), GW_OVK represent the line features to be used.

Many thanks in advance!

Hi Pim,

There is how I would do. Maybe some other guys could have better way to do it, but I think that should work for you!

Regards,

Jean
