ChartGenerator to have the ability to change the orientation of the axis label t

Original Title was: ChartGenerator to have the ability to change the orientation of the axis label text


At the moment the axis label text is only horizontal. It would be great to have the ability to rotate the x-labels text to 90 degree, for example to account for axis with a large number values.
