Please send the TINSurface output of the TINGenerator to a CityGMLGeometrySetter transformer, with CityGML Lod Name set to 'tin' and Feature Role set to 'reliefComponent'. Output to the CityGML TINRelief feature type.
I am attaching a workspace to illustrate the process.
