In the FME Server Web UI, the Help > Documentation link returns me with a "Sorry, Page Not Found" error -- what gives?!

This is a known issue with FME Server 2016.1 that has been reported as early as Build 16673.
*This has been fixed for FME Server 2016.1 Build 16704 and newer.
If you are unable to install a newer version of FME Server, then please follow these steps to resolve this issue:
- Navigate to "<FMEServer_InstallDir>\\Utilities\\tomcat\\webapps\\fmeserver\\" and create a new folder called "help".
- Copy the contents of "<FMEServer_InstallDir>\\Docs\\FME Server Documentation" into that new "help" folder.
