Split multiText DGN - Additional features created

It is only possible to rotate text (fme_rotation; or set idgs_rotation to 0) if the text is splited (split multi text - reader parameter).If the text is splited, there are additional point and line features (with length 0) in the output drawing (looks like the insertion point of the text; see attached picture).Is there a way to rotate the text without the additional objects.
