Hello everyone! I need your help urgently! Please help me!
I have a point cloud data from Faro Laser Scan. Scan is from a archeological site. I want to see how much of the area is in related parcel boundaries. So, I mean want to see our scan area on our parcel lines. Parcel boundary is in dwg. format. And both of them in same coordinat systems.,
In which format is most useful for point cloud export from Scene Software for this?

Hi @kahramannkadirr,
I took a quick look at export formats from Scene, and it looks like you can export a Point Cloud XYZ Ascii file. Have you given the PointCloudXYZ reader a try already? After reading it in, redgeographics' suggestion on the Clipper would be a good way to go.
If you search our Community on the transformers or formats recommended, and filter the search to articles, you can find examples on using the transformers as well. Hope that helps!

You should be able to clip the point cloud to the parcel boundaries using a Clipper (maybe you have to create areas from them first, using the AreaBuilder).
