I can't seem to send or reply an email to train@safe.com

There was a broken link in the courses, so I attempted to send a feedback through the “FME Academy Feedback” page. But after completing the survey form and pressing the submit button, I was redirected to a “page not found” window so I thought the submission didn’t go through.

I then tried reaching out by sending an email to train@safe.com, but my email bounced back. I gave up at this point.

After some hours, someone using the train@safe.com email actually sent me an email regarding my feedback. He also asked me if I submitted several ones because the system received multiple copies of the same feedback. I tried to reply, but was still unable to because my reply bounced back again.

Anyone have the same experience?

I’m posting this here because this is the only place I can think of now!
