What is the best way to convert Lines to Points? I would like the points that are created to fall in the middle of the line and include all non-geometry attributes of each line.
I am hoping there a LinetoPoint Transformer out there somewhere.

You could try the Snipper. With the Mode set to Percentage, and then 50 for both the starting and ending location values.
