I was following to do a tutorial on "Extracting Data within a Clipping Polygon using FeatureReader" but I do not know how to create published parameters from the Navigator. I am knwe to FME. Can you please help.

Creation of Published Parameters on FME Desktop

In the Navigator, right-click on User Parameters, pick Manage User Parameters and then you can add them with the green + button.
Alternatively, any place where you can set a parameter in FME you'll have the option to create a user parameter.
