I can link pictures with data. Can you please suggest how it can be done? Thanks

You will have to follow this Q&A and look under Trent's comment, he has a workspace template which should be a good starting point. see template here attachment2fgdb.fmwt

 

You have to rebuild the relationship between attachments(photographs) and features
