Is there any option to read .plt files?

Never heard of them. What software produces them?

PLT is a plotter file produced by CAD software.

You need to either convert them or ask for the dwg (or other cad format) wich produced the plt.

There are converters for it, not free tough (afaik).

These are plot files used to get plot/print of drawing (dwg) files with the help of plotter thru dos prompt. These files contain the information required for printing.

Yes, converters do exists even the latest version of AutoCAD have it, but I'm searching for solution if possible...

If I recall correctly, these are just text files containing PU (Pen Up) and PD (Pen Down) commands and coordinates. So I should think a textfile or CAT reader should be able to read the content. It should be easier to string lines together - maybe with the VertexCreator - but I doubt the coordinates are in a known coordinate system so I don't know how far it will get you to actually being able to use the data.
