I need to get jpeg images out of a postgis db "bytea" field

Using BinaryDecoder; Error: "BinaryDecoder (TextEncoderFactory): Invalid Base64 character 'ÿ'"

 

Any suggestions?

 

What to de instead?

 

(using FME 2018 and 2019.2 beta)

Have you tried using the RasterReplacer?
