I have a route in GoogleMaps and i would like to extract in KML format:

Not an FME question, but let me Google this for you ;)

If you create a route in Google MyMaps instead (presuming you have a GMail/Google account), there is an export to KML option in there (which I noticed myself as well, but I never used it before). Also see this thread.
