FME Server and ArcGIS Server 10.5 on same machine

We have a server running FME Server 2017. Are we able to install ArcGIS server 10.5 on the same machine or is it something that should be avoided? What is the rationale either for or against installing them on the same machine? We are running it on a VMwareWindows Server 2012 R2 with 16GBRam

I've encountered several such installations and it usually works without problems. Just be aware that both ArcGIS Server and FME Server have the potential to consume a lot of system resources, and if one of them has a (very) high load it could negatively influence the performance of the other.
