Hello beautifull people, i have to make onversion from buildings from CityGML lod2 to IFC . but i get a the end of conversion in the Data inspector NO Geometry !!! i need your help how can i do it and why does not go ?

I would need to see your workspace to give you a definitive answer, but one possibility is that CityGML usually has Surface geometries, while IFC generally requires Solid geometries. You may need to use the Extruder or SolidBuilder to create the necessary geometry.
