Need to find the Delta of OLD and NEW shape files which has some updates

HI Team,

I would like to know is there any way where I can know the Delta data of resultant of two shapefiles differences. I get some data from vendors frequently in shape file format. Every time I am getting a full dump of data in shapefile not the only updates. So, is there any way to find only delta data from the new shapefile comparing with old shape file. Please let me know the solution.

Look at the ChangeDetector transformer, in particular in FME 2019 and later (major improvements).
