MIF TO SHP in 2D

Hello,

I have converted mif to shp and someone quote that it's shape 3D.

It's a pity to have z=0 for each point.

I look the answers you still gave and try it but no satified results.

So now i want the answer please.

Why the setting i put are not effective?(2d forcer,2D in destination setting..)
