I am facing an issue. all my ArcGIS Indoors layers are stuck in the middle of the process because it seems they are being marked as unfiltered. see screenshots below, please!

It looks like the FeatureTypeFilter needs updating to reflect your actual input feature type names, which can be done inside the FeatureTypeFilter parameters. Please note down the existing connections before you do this, since they you will likely need to re-connect them after the update.

Inspect the FeatureHolder, look for the fme_feature_type attribute and update your FeatureTypeFilter accordingly. The way I see it you have to prefix your Feature Type Names.
