Weekly we download all .000 Electronic Charts, run them through a workbench which writes to Oracle. The workbench runs but throws this errors, so were not getting as many records as we should. Attached is the workbench.

Yes, same issue. I don't believe we ever got answer then, it just fixed itself. The Electronic Navigational Charts are updated weekly, so every week we have a very slightly different data set. Meanwhile Arcmap, fme server, oracle and Python upgrade so there's a lot of variables. These workbenches have been around for over a decade. We need to keep feeding data to this site:
