Just posted the workspace that reads the XML url. I can make a movie if you want. Did this while having a beer. Nothing like XML and a Beer on a nice hot day in vancouver. URL is a published parameter so you can specify your dynamic url and that is it. If I knew where the url was coming from then I could first read that and then use the FeatureReader with XML. xmlquebecread.fmwTook about 5 mins.
