if I have a dynamic url (like `https://www.donneesquebec.ca/recherche/dataset/a8a678b0-875f-4607-b347-009a5096ff45/resource/fad04899-abd8-4d3f-a841-4f8b11edac57/download/a01convertxmlcorpomun.xml` could FME parse that xml and export it into PG

Just posted the workspace that reads the XML url. I can make a movie if you want. Did this while having a beer. Nothing like XML and a Beer on a nice hot day in vancouver. URL is a published parameter so you can specify your dynamic url and that is it. If I knew where the url was coming from then I could first read that and then use the FeatureReader with XML. xmlquebecread.fmwTook about 5 mins.
